No more dry-erase lists that get ignored. Sitehound Tasks puts your hospital's checklists, photo proof, and one-press page buttons in one place, with a record of who did what.

No more dry-erase lists that get ignored. No more signing off on things that didn't really get done. No more passing the buck. With Sitehound Tasks, program your opening and closing lists, your weekly tasks, and your monthly or annual maintenance all in one place. Assign tasks to just one role in your hospital, or to all of them.

Sitehound Tasks setup screen with closing, monthly maintenance, and opening lists, each task showing when it repeats, its due time, the role assigned, and whether a photo is required

Task lists are set up once, with a schedule, due time, role, and photo requirement for each task.

Have a history of a task being signed off as completed but not done correctly, or not done at all? Sitehound Tasks gives you the option to require a photo in order to complete it. Sitehound Tasks also keeps a record of who marked each task as complete, so you can reward the employees who are always keeping things running smoothly, or find where you have gaps in your team. No more forgetting that it's time for your annual vaporizer switch-out or your monthly autoclave deep clean; Sitehound Tasks does it for you.

Page Buttons for the One-Off Jobs

What about those one-off tasks that you're always looking for an available person to complete? Sitehound Tasks has you covered there too.

Put one of our smart buttons in your OR, and your anesthesia tech can simply press the button when surgery is over to send an alert to every chosen team member that the OR is ready to be flipped. Any available staff member can respond to the alert by clicking "I'm on it" to let the rest of the team know that the task is being handled, then click "Done" to let the anesthesia team know they can move on with their next procedure.

Put a button in your ICU, and your critical care tech can send out an alert when they need assistance instead of wandering the treatment area trying to find someone who's available. Your CSRs are busy enough handling clients; they don't need to worry about the dog who had an accident in the lobby. Give them a button and let it alert the staff that there's a cleanup needed. No need to clog up your overhead paging system!

Built Around Your Hospital

Sitehound Tasks are fully customizable by frequency, time, and hospital role, and there's no limit to how many tasks you can create. Tasks are separated by list, so you can create private lists only for management and public lists for the whole team. The choice is yours. Task lists can also be mounted on a tablet for all to see, or cast to any hospital television.

Page buttons are just as customizable, with your choice of message and recipient role. Don't want your staff getting push alerts to their phones? Our smart buttons can also trigger "help needed" lights that you can place anywhere in your hospital where they'll be seen most.

Only you know what your hospital needs to function more efficiently; let Sitehound Tasks help you get there.
